RENDANG PASTE

Simple Cooking Method

1. Sauté the Rendang Paste with a little oil until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and stir well to coat the chicken with the paste.
3. Add santan and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Add kerisik and continue simmering until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce becomes thick and rich.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice, nasi minyak, or other preferred side dishes.
